Independent church livestream & AV consulting — Tampa Bay
Twenty years of church audio and broadcast — with zero equipment commissions. We fix what the stream sounds and looks like, design the system behind it, and train the team that runs it. Because Sunday can’t fail.
When the design comes from the company selling the gear, the design serves the sale. An independent consultant answers only to you.
We don't sell or resell equipment, and we don't take dealer incentives. Recommendations are about your room, your people, and your budget — nothing else.
The most expensive mistake is committing a budget before defining scope. We define what the room actually needs, then make integrators quote it apples-to-apples.
FOH and broadcast mixing, lighting, acoustics, studio construction — one senior consultant fluent in every system in the building, and how they interact.
Start with a Health Check; grow from there only if it earns it. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee, in writing, before we begin.

Half a day with your whole Sunday chain — broadcast mix, stream, cameras, and the room — then a plain-English report: what's wrong, what's fine, and a prioritized fix list with realistic budgets.
Book a Health CheckSunday can sound great in the room and thin on the stream. We build broadcast mixes that translate — gain structure, routing, compression tuned for phone speakers and TVs, and a repeatable workflow your volunteer team can run every week.
Fix your streamNeeds analysis, vendor-neutral design and drawings, a bid package integrators quote apples-to-apples, installer selection, and commissioning when they're done.
Start a design conversationOn-site training days on your system, weekend intensives with live Sunday coaching, and remote mix coaching from your service recordings.
Train your teamContent and podcast rooms, streaming workflows, and full recording studio build-outs — acoustics, signal flow, cameras, and gear specs that work together.
Plan your studioMeasurement-based EQ, time alignment, limiters, and gain structure — with before/after data and full documentation. Most rooms sound like a new system for a fraction of the price of one.
Ask about your roomMonthly support with remote help, scheduled visits, volunteer coaching, and big-event planning — a senior tech director in your corner, without the salary.

Most clients keep us in the booth with a monthly retainer.
I’m Andrew. For twenty years I’ve mixed front-of-house and broadcast, designed lighting rigs, tuned sanctuaries, and built recording and podcast studios from the studs out — most of it in and around the church world, where Sunday cannot fail.
I started this practice because I kept watching good congregations and good creators buy the wrong systems for the wrong reasons — usually from a “free design” attached to a sales quote. Independent consulting is the fix: senior-level design and honest refereeing, with no stake in what you buy.
Recommendations stay vendor-neutral — but the fastest way to referee a bid or train a team is to already know the gear on the table.

Sunday Sound & Video is based in Tampa. Church livestream help, audio & video consulting, and lighting design for congregations across the bay — on-site for Sundays, tunings, and training days, remote for mix reviews and coaching.
Most church AV companies in Tampa install and sell equipment. We don’t. We’re the independent second opinion — the consultant who designs the system, referees the integrators’ bids, and makes sure the stream sounds right when it counts.
